We’re almost finished mixing, and Paul and I nearly strangled each other today…mixing is FUN!  🙂  Actually, it’s a potent “mix” of emotions, moving things around, nitpicking, opinion-jousting, and crying together.  (We’re very in touch with our feminine side).  A few more songs to do but we should be mastering on Tuesday of this next week, and pending everything being great-sounding after that, it will go to duplication and packaging within the next few days after a few more (ok, probably dozens more) reviews of all the songs on CD as they would sound in finished form.  I am honestly nervous as heck…hard to sleep…but it’s so incredibly exciting and we’ve worked SO hard.  Hats off to Paul for forgetting the meaning of the phrase “to sleep” and really knocking these out one-by-one.  I am so thrilled to be able to present these songs to everyone here within the next few weeks, and I am enormously proud of what we’ve all been able to accomplish together.  It’s, simply put, one heckuva ride…
