The “SonicLogos” CD

I thank my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ for His immeasurable love for me.  Where could I go where you do not love me, Lord? God is very much alive and well. His Word is sharper than any double-edged sword, able to pierce even to the dividing of joints and marrow, soul and spirit. He is able to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart.  Nothing is hidden from His sight; everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.  Praise His Name.

Yes, I have spent many years memorizing the Word of God and hiding it in my heart, so that i might not sin against Him. I still sin everyday, of course, but that scripture comes back to me: James, Psalm 1, Psalm 91, Psalm 139, Romans 12, Philippians 2, Romans 1, 1 Peter, and John, not to mention the countless verses like Jeremiah 29:11, Joel 2:25, and my all-time favorite: Romans 8:39-39.  All of these Words are Jesus.  In fact, in John 17:17 Jesus prayed, "Sanctify them by the truth: your word is truth."  But in John 14:6 He said, "I am the way, the TRUTH, and the life."  So, essentially, He's saying, "Sanctify them by me; after all, I'M ME."

Whoa.

Yes, I still sin, even with memorization.  I won't stop until I'm room temperature.  Were it not for the restraining spirit and, jointly, the enabling grace of the Word, I would be a lost cause. He helps me to to conquer.

This compilation is made to inspire you to hide His Word in your heart as well. As Jeremiah said, “your words were found, and i ate them, and they became a joy to me.” (Jer 15:16).

May the energy of His word infuse you today and every day, and may this compilation bring you closer to Jesus Christ, the Logos...the Word of God...in sonic form.
